Yzzy is de koala-mascotte van Zafiro Hotels. Geboren in het uitgestrekte Australië, een land vol met woestijnen, houdt Yzzy ervan om tot wel 20 uur per dag te slapen en te ontspannen in de schaduw van bomen. Zijn favoriete kostje bestaat uit eucalyptusbladeren, waar hij dol op is. Na een tijdje eenzaam te zijn geweest in Australië, sloot Yzzy zich aan bij een groep vrolijke piraten. Per boot kwam hij aan bij Zafiro Hotels en besloot daar te blijven vanwege de geweldige sfeer.
